Common use of For Cause Termination Clause in Contracts

If Executive's employment with the Company is terminated by the Company (or its successors) for Cause, Executive shall not be entitled to any further compensation or benefits other than accrued but unpaid Base Salary (payable as provided in Paragraph 3(a)) and accrued and unused vacation pay through the date of such termination (collectively, the "Accrued Benefits").
