For Convenience by Consultant. Consultant may, upon sixty (60) days notice, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement. Upon this termination, District shall only be obligated to compensate Consultant for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by Consultant shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services to District. Consultant acknowledges that this sixty (60) day notice period is acceptable so that the District can attempt to procure the Services from another source.
