For Front-End, Grocery. Produce and Deli/Meat/Seafood employees (except Courtesy, Fuel and Starbucks Clerks) hired after December 10, 1987 and December 13, 1987 respectively, but on or before May 6, 2001, the following shall apply: 1. For a stability period, the term “eligible employee” shall mean any employee who has averaged at least thirty-two (32) hours per week during the applicable measurement period, as described in Section 19.10. Such employee shall be eligible for Plan 1. 2. For a stability period, the term “eligible employee” shall also mean any employee who has averaged the required minimum hours during the applicable measurement period, as described in Section 19.10. The minimum hours shall be as follows: a. For stability period(s) starting in 2017: twelve (12) hours per week b. For stability period(s) starting in 2018: eighteen (18) hours per week c. For stability period(s) starting on or after January 1, 2019: twenty-four (24) hours per week. Such employee shall be eligible for Plan 3.

1. For a stability period, the term “eligible employee” shall mean any employee who has averaged at least thirtytwenty-two eight (3228) hours per week during the applicable measurement period, as described in Section 19.10. Such employee shall be eligible for Plan 1.
2. For a stability period, , the term “eligible employee” shall also mean any employee who has averaged the required minimum hours during the applicable measurement period, as described in Section 19.10. The minimum hours shall be as follows:
a. For stability period(s) starting in 2017: twelve (12) hours per week
b. For stability period(s) starting in 2018: eighteen (18) hours per week
c. For stability period(s) starting on or after January 1, 2019: twenty-four (24) hours per week. Such employee shall be eligible for Plan 3.
