Common use of for NEVADA, PACIFIC Clause in Contracts

for NEVADA, PACIFIC. and SWBT, if immediately prior to the Effective Date, CLEC was operating as a Local Service Provider in a state covered by this Agreement, the deposit for that state shall be in the amount calculated using the method set forth in Section 8.7 of this Agreement; or

for NEVADA, PACIFIC. and or SWBT, if immediately prior to the Effective Date, CLEC was operating as a Local Service Provider in a state covered by this Agreement, the deposit for that state shall be in the amount calculated using the method set forth in Section 8.7 7.7 of this Agreement; or
