Directory Assistance Da. Service
a) Directory Assistance Service shall consist of the provisioning of telephone number listings by Xxxx Atlantic operators in response to calls from Carrier’s local exchange customers located in the LATA(s) designated in Section 1.1.
b) A maximum of two requests for telephone numbers will be accepted per DA call. A “DA call” as used in this Agreement shall mean a call answered by or forwarded to Xxxx Atlantic, regardless of whether a telephone number is requested, provided, or available. The listings that will be available to Carrier’s customers are those telephone numbers that are listed in Xxxx Atlantic’s DA records for the LATA(s) or service areas, in which Xxxx Atlantic operates as a local exchange carrier, designated in Section 1.1.

a) Directory Assistance Service shall consist of 1) directory transport by Xxxx Atlantic from the point of Xxxx Atlantic’s interconnection with Carrier’s trunks to Xxxx Atlantic’s designated DA locations, and 2) the provision of telephone number listings by Xxxx Atlantic operators in response to calls from Carrier’s local exchange customers located in the LATA(s) designated in Section 1.1.
b) A maximum of two requests for telephone numbers will be accepted per DA call. A “DA call” as used in this Agreement shall mean a call answered by or forwarded to Xxxx Atlantic, regardless of whether a telephone number is requested, provided, or available. The listings that will be available to Carrier’s customers are those telephone numbers that are listed in Xxxx Atlantic’s DA records for the LATA(s) designated in Section 1.1.
Directory Assistance Da. AT&T MICHIGAN will provide the following Director Assistance listing information: (name, address, and published telephone number or an indication of “non- published status”) to PFN’s end user customers located within AT&T MICHIGAN’s local or intraLATA operating area.
2.2.1.1 AT&T MICHIGAN shall provide to PFN customers the capability to dial the same telephone numbers for access to AT&T MICHIGAN’s directory assistance as AT&T MICHIGAN customers use to access AT&T MICHIGAN directory assistance. Access numbers to AT&T MICHIGAN’s Local DA service may include but are not limited to: 411, 1/0+411, 555-1212.

a. Directory Assistance Service shall consist of 1) directory transport by Xxxx Atlantic from the point of Xxxx Atlantic’s interconnection with Carrier’s trunks to Xxxx Atlantic’s designated DA locations, and 2) the provision of telephone number listings by Xxxx Atlantic Carrier Call Representatives (CCRs) in response to calls from Carrier’s local exchange customers located in the LATAs designated in Section 1.1, at the rates specified in Appendix A.
b. A maximum of two requests for telephone numbers will be accepted per DA call. A “DA call” as used in this Agreement shall mean a call answered by or forwarded to Xxxx Atlantic, regardless of whether a telephone number is requested, provided or available. The listings that will be available to Carrier’s customers are those telephone numbers that are listed in Xxxx Atlantic’s DA records for the LATAs or NPAs designated in Section 1.1.
Directory Assistance Da. PACIFIC shall include CLEC’s end user listing in its Directory Assistance database. PACIFIC will provide Directory Assistance service to CLEC in parity with PACIFIC’s offering of Directory Assistance to its end users. PACIFIC will not include Subscriber List Information of published CLEC local exchange customers in PACIFIC’s Telephone Directory Reproductions Rights Service, unless CLEC authorizes release of its’ Subscriber List Information to independent directory publications. PACIFIC will include the Subscriber List Information of CLEC local exchange customers in PACIFIC’s voice and electronic Directory Assistance services.

14.1.1 Upon request, BA will provide PageNet with directory assistance, connect request, and/or call completion services on a non-discriminatory basis and substantially in accordance with the terms set forth in the form Directory Assistance and Call Completion Services Agreement which, when required, will be appended as an exhibit hereto.
14.1.2 Also upon request, BA will provide to PageNet operator services trunk groups, utilizing Feature Group D type signaling, with CPN when interconnecting to the BA operator services network.
14.1.3 At PageNet’s request, BA will include the PageNet Customer’s primary listing in its “White Pages” directory (residence and business listings) and “Yellow Pages” directory (business listings) that cover the address of the Customer. Listings of PageNet’s Customers will be interfiled with listings of BA’s Customers and the Customers of other LECs included in the BA directories. PageNet will pay BA a non-recurring charge as set forth in Exhibit B for providing such service for each PageNet Customer’s primary listing. PageNet will also pay BA’s Tariffed charges, as the case may be, for additional and foreign white page listings and other white pages services for PageNet’s Customers. BA will not require a minimum number of listings per order.
14.1.4 At PageNet’s request, BA will also include the PageNet Customer’s primary listing in BA’s directory assistance database on the same basis that BA’s own Customers are included, as well as in any electronic directories in which BA’s Customers are ordinarily included, for no charge other than the charges identified in subsection 14.1.3.
14.1.5 If PageNet exercises its right under Section 14.1.3, PageNet shall provide BA with weekly listing information on all new PageNet Customers in the format required by BA or a mutually-agreed upon industry standard format. The information shall include the Customer’s name, address, telephone number, and, in the case of a business listing, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed. PageNet will also provide BA with weekly listing information showing Customers that have disconnected or terminated their service with PageNet. BA will provide PageNet with confirmation of listing other activity within forty-eight (48) hours.

Directory Assistance Da. 2.1.1.1 Consists of providing subscriber listing information (address, and published telephone number or an indication of “non-published status”) for the home NPA and/or local/intraLATA serving area where available to CLEC’s End Users who dial 411, 1/0+411, 000-0000, 1/0+000-0000, or 1/0+NPA-555-1212 or other dialing arrangement.
Directory Assistance Da. 5.2.1 DA is available in SBC-13STATE . Trunking for DA can be provided in one of the following three ways in SBC-10STATE . Trunking for DA is available in SNET as detailed in 5.2.1.1 and 5.2.1.
Directory Assistance Da. 6.3.2.1.1 Pac-West may contract for DA services only. A segregated trunk group for these services will be required to the appropriate PACIFIC OPERATOR SERVICES Tandem in the LATA for the NPA the Pac-West wishes to serve. This trunk group is set up as one-way outgoing only and utilizes Modified Operator Services Signaling (2 Digit Automatic Number Identification (ANI)). Pac-West will have administrative control for the purpose of issuing ASR's on this one-way trunk group.
