For Non Responsibility The Bidder agrees that if it is found by the State that the Bidder’s responses to the Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire were intentionally false or intentionally incomplete, on such finding, the Commissioner may terminate the Contract.
Suspension for Non-Payment We may suspend your access to all or any part of the Subscription Service upon ten (10) days’ notice to you of non-payment of any amount past due. We will not suspend the Subscription Service while you are disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and are cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute. If the Subscription Service is suspended for non-payment, we may charge a re-activation fee to reinstate the Subscription Service.
SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Servicer from rendering or performing services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to or for itself or other persons, firms or companies or from carrying on business similar to or in competition with the business of the Mortgages Trustee and the Beneficiaries.
Termination for Non-Payment We may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to you if you fail to pay any amount due under this Agreement on the due date for payment and remain in default not less than thirty
