for Part-Time Professional Librarians. no later than 20 days after the first day of each academic year (September 1), the name, category of appointment, date of appointment to the current contract, the term of the contract, number of years and months employed by the University, birth date, address, e-mail address, telephone number, salary, sex, department, highest degree, year of highest degree, year of first degree, and University I.D. number of each Member; in the case of an appointment commencing after the beginning of the academic year, within 20 days of the commencement of the appointment, the University shall provide the above list of information for part-time librarians;
