For the Academic Year 2016-2017. Each FTNTT Faculty member who was also a member of the bargaining unit in the 2015- 2016 academic year ("continuing member") shall receive a salary increment for his/her appointment for AY 2016-2017 equal to three (3% ) of his/her base annual contract salary for the 2015-2016 academic year.
