S M T W T. 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 25 26 27 28 29 30 FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS 1 When the Design Consultant and the Owner find the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, they will approve a final Certificate of Payment stating that to the best of their knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of their observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable, except for an amount mutually agreed upon for any work remaining incomplete or uncorrected for which the Owner is entitled a credit under the Contract Documents. If the Design Consultant and the Owner find the Work to be incomplete or unacceptable, the costs of reinspections shall be paid by the Contractor.
