In addition to the foregoing, EM may communicate with the Supplier at any time via any form, format, and medium (including without limitation electronic mail and social media) to provide information respecting EM’s program(s), product(s), service(s), and/or energy efficiency, and the Supplier hereby expressly consents to such communication(s) by EM.
