For Unit - 2. When additional hours are available to a part-time position on a regular basis, every effort will be made to give the hours to the employee at the site in the appropriate class, with the appropriate skills, with the greatest bargaining unit seniority. If the senior employee declines the assignment, the above mentioned criteria will be used in offering the hours to other employees.
