Common use of For Unit Clause in Contracts

I members hired for the 2003-2004 school year and beyond, credit for experience applicable to a 10-month assignment will be given as follows: 1 to 4 months - 0 experience, 5 or more months - 1 year of experience. Anyone paid on half step as of June 30, 2003 will continue to be paid on half step.
