Injunctive Relief. Subscriber acknowledges that its breach of this Agreement will result in irreparable harm to Sectigo that cannot adequately be redressed by compensatory damages. Accordingly, in addition to any other legal remedies which may be available, Sectigo may seek and obtain an injunctive order against a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement by Subscriber.

  • FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES Lithium Hosting, llc CANNOT and WILL NOT be liable for any failure or delay in doing its professional duties resulting from circumstances beyond its physical control.
