Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability. 15.1 Neither the Security Trustee nor any of the Secured Creditors shall be held responsible for any damage arising out of any Swedish or foreign legal enactment, or any measure undertaken by a Swedish or foreign public authority, or war, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade or any other similar circumstance. The reservation in respect of strikes, lockouts, boycotts and blockades applies even if the Security Trustee or a Secured Creditor takes such measures, or is subject to such measures.
