Force majeure under a Train Operations Agreement. Where a force majeure event (as defined under a relevant Train Operations Agreement) occurs under a Train Operations Agreement, Aurizon Network agrees to: (a) provide to the End User a copy of any notice provided by either Aurizon Network or an Operator in respect of the force majeure event; and (b) send a written notice of invitation to the End User for, and provide the End User with a reasonable opportunity to participate in, any meeting which Aurizon Network and an Operator may have in respect of the force majeure event.
