FORCED LABOR OF ETHNIC. UYGHURS PROHIBITED. By entering into this Agreement, Contractor certifies and agrees Contractor does not currently use and will not use for the term of this Agreement: (i) the forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China; or (ii) any goods or services produced by the forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China; or (iii) any contractors, subcontractors or suppliers that use the forced labor or any goods or services produced by the forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China.

  • Child Labor The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiary or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in any practice inconsistent with the rights set forth in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, including Article 32 thereof, which, inter alia, requires that a child shall be protected from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child’s education, or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral, or social development.

  • NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION Contractor certifies that no more than one (1) final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a Federal court, which orders Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board.
