Forecasting and Planning Responsibilities. 3.5.1 BendTel agrees to provide an initial forecast for establishing the initial Interconnection facilities pursuant to Article III, Section 11. CenturyLink shall review this forecast, and if it has any additional information that will change the forecast shall provide this information to BendTel.
