Forecasting & Ramping Penalties. 10.5.1. In the event that the electrical power generated by the Facility and metered by the CEB Meter at the Point of Delivery is not within the Forecast Tolerance of the Revised Forecast, Seller shall be liable for penalties calculated in accordance with Clause 10.5.3.
