Foreign Exchange Regulation. The exchange and transfer abroad of all Foreign Currency related to the Project shall be governed by the Laws of Pakistan including, but not limited to, the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 of Pakistan in conjunction with the Protection of Economic Reforms Act, 1992 of Pakistan, each as amended from time to time.
