Common use of FORFEIT OF RECALL RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

FORFEIT OF RECALL RIGHTS. An employee who declines recall to a position with fewer hours or a lower pay rate shall forfeit his/her rights to that specific position, but not to other positions and/or future recalls. An employee who declines recall to a position with equal or greater hours and at least the same rate shall automatically lose all recall rights and rights to employment.
