Forgiveness Policy. An instruction and cautioning document shall be forgiven and not considered for purposes of progressive discipline after one (1) year from the date it is issued if no further infractions of a similar type occur. A written reprimand shall be forgiven and not considered for purposes of progressive discipline after three (3) years from the date it is issued if no further infractions of a similar type occur.
