Notice to Owner definition

Notice to Owner means written notice from the Authority to Facility Owner for the Relocation of Facilities, demanding Facility Owner to remove, protect, alter, replace, reconstruct, support, or any other rearrangement or modification, the specifically identified Facilities to accommodate a particular segment of the proposed HSR Project.
