FORM AND CONTENT OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1 The contract (the “Contract”) shall mean the document encompassing all the obligations agreed upon between the Purchaser and the Supplier and shall consist of the documents quoted in decreasing order of priority as follows: - The purchase orders (the “Order(s)”); - The specific purchase conditions (if any), supplementing and/or amending these GPC, agreed in writing (the “SPC”); - The present GPC as amended or supplemented by its annexes (if any);
