If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU or a foreign student, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2019/2020 . 2. If the Accommodated Person shall perform the professional practice determined by the study programme after the end of the examination time under Paragraph 1 of this Article, and he/she shall also be entitled to accommodation during the holidays in compliance with the time schedule of the academic year, as defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, for the necessary period of the professional practice.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject of this Contract is the obligation on the part of the Seller to handover and transfer into the Buyer’s ownership: the Universal cryogenic apparatus for measuring of physical properties in the magnetic fields (hereafter the “Equipment”) and the Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Equipment and to pay to the Seller the agreed upon price. The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the site, un-packaging and control thereof, Installation of the Equipment including connection to installation infrastructure at the site, Verification of the Equipment’s proper functionality and adjustment at the site, Delivery of instructions and operating and repair manuals Equipment in Czech or English language to the Buyer, in electronic and hardcopy (printed) versions, Training of operators at the site, Free-of-charge warranty service including service inspections, Provision of technical support in the form of consultations. The subject of performance (Equipment) is specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 hereto. The Seller shall be liable for the Equipment and related services to be in full compliance with this Contract, its Annexes, the submitted bid and all valid legal regulation, technical and quality standards and that the Buyer will be able to use the Equipment for the defined purpose. In case of any conflict between applicable standards it is understood that the more strict standard or its part shall always apply. The delivered Equipment and all its parts, accessories must be brand new and unused.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 4.1. In accordance with Article 7undecies, §11 of the Electricity Act, the Contract covers the rights and obligations of XXXX and of the CAPACITY PROVIDER for the CMU, or, as the case may be, for the CMUs related to Linked Capacities, from the time it is subject to at least one Transaction that is either the result of the validation of the results of the Auction by XXXX (if the Transaction results from the Primary Market) or the result of the validation by XXXX of the transaction on the Secondary Market (if the Transaction results from the Secondary Market, but subject to a request by CREG to XXXX to cancel the transaction on the Secondary Market validated by XXXX ) within ten (10) Working Days after this validation). The Contract is signed electronically by the Parties. For each Transaction, an Annex A.1 is created or, as the case may be, amended and is signed electronically. On the basis of this contract, UPJŠ LF is hereby committed to provide the study to the student at UPJŠ LF in the study programme of General Medicine in the English language after meeting all the conditions of the acceptance procedure at UPJŠ LF and the conditions arising from this contract, and after the recovery of the costs incurred or arising in connection with the provision of study for the student an UPJŠ LF in the English language (hereinafter the "payment"). 2. The estimated monthly volume of the Goods lot shall make up to 12 000 tons +/-10% in the Seller’s option in December 2019 – April 2020, up to 12 000 tons +25/-10% in the Seller’s option in May 2020, up to 12 000 tons +/-10% in the Seller’s option in June 2020 – July 2020. 1.2. The quantity of the Goods, the option, delivery period, price, pricing period shall be stipulated by respective additional agreements forming an integral part of the present Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Additional agreement”). 1.3. The volume of the each monthly Goods lot to be shipped may be agreed in several steps: within the period from the 18th day of the month preceding the month of final price formation accepted for a definite monthly lot till the 5th day (inclusive) of the month of final price formation accepted for a definite monthly lot. At the same time the Buyer is not entitled to reject the final Goods volume in case of receiving the notification up to the 5th day (inclusive) of the month of the final price formation. Should the Seller inform the Buyer on the suggested Goods volume after the 5th day of the month of the final price formation accepted for a definite monthly lot, the Buyer is entitled to reject the acceptance of the suggested Goods volume by written notification to the Seller within 1 (one) business day from the date of information receipt. In case the written refusal is not received until 15.00 (Minsk time) of the day following the date of additional volume confirmation the lot shall be deemed agreed. In case if a monthly Goods lot is nominated from the first day of the month of final price formation, a quotation period from the date of the Good lot confirmation till the last day of the month of final price formation (inclusive) shall be used for final price calculation. 1.4.
