SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The Landlord undertakes to provide the Accommodated Person with temporary accommodation (one bed) in a furnished single/double/triple room No.███████ in the SH _Mladá garda - Račianska 103, 831 012 Bratislava 35 in the academic year 2020/2021, for the period of 23.09.2020 until the day of the end of the examination time (inclusive) in accordance with the binding time schedule for the academic year 2020/2021 as announced by the Xxxxxx, unless the situation under Article III Paragraph 2 hereof occurs, due to which the accommodation may be terminated earlier. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2020/2021.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The Parties referred to in Article I hereof enter into this Agreement under stipulation of Section 51 Law Act No. 40/1964 Book of Statutes - Civil Code, as amended, for the purpose of providing financial support from the Institution to the Participant in the amount as specified herein.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU or a foreign student, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2019/2020 .
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject of this Contract is the obligation on the part of the Seller to handover and transfer into the Buyer’s ownership: the Universal cryogenic apparatus for measuring of physical properties in the magnetic fields (hereafter the “Equipment”) and the Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Equipment and to pay to the Seller the agreed upon price. The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the site, un-packaging and control thereof, Installation of the Equipment including connection to installation infrastructure at the site, Verification of the Equipment’s proper functionality and adjustment at the site, Delivery of instructions and operating and repair manuals Equipment in Czech or English language to the Buyer, in electronic and hardcopy (printed) versions, Training of operators at the site, Free-of-charge warranty service including service inspections, Provision of technical support in the form of consultations. The subject of performance (Equipment) is specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 hereto. The Seller shall be liable for the Equipment and related services to be in full compliance with this Contract, its Annexes, the submitted bid and all valid legal regulation, technical and quality standards and that the Buyer will be able to use the Equipment for the defined purpose. In case of any conflict between applicable standards it is understood that the more strict standard or its part shall always apply. The delivered Equipment and all its parts, accessories must be brand new and unused.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject of this Contract is the obligation on the part of the Seller to deliver and transfer into the Buyer’s ownership: the Equipment for sensitive multifrequency Piezoelectric Force Microscopy (PFM) measurements (hereafter the “Equipment”) and the Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Equipment and to pay to the Seller the agreed upon price. The subject of the tender shall include of the following parts: Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM) capable of performing (besides standard operating modes like contact AFM, tapping AFM) sensitive vertical and lateral PFM measurements, in particular in tip-sample contact resonance tracking mode; Switching spectroscopy PFM; Xxxxxx probe force microscopy measurements and conductive AFM measurements; Acoustic enclosure in order to provide acoustic isolation; Passive vibration isolation system (built-in or freestanding); Top-view optical video system with a good resolution; Open source control software with basic analysis features; SPM controller with at least 3 dual Lock-in Amplifiers. The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Formulation of conditions which must be met at the place of Buyer in order to install the Equipment; Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the site, un-packaging and control thereof; Installation of the Equipment including connection to installation infrastructure at the site; Execution of the site acceptance tests (SAT); Delivery of instructions and operating and repair manuals to the Equipment in Czech or English language to the Buyer, in electronic and hardcopy (printed) versions; Training of operators at the site (at least three-day training of 2 operators); Free-of-charge warranty service including service inspections; Provision of the lifetime technical support in the form of consultations. The subject of performance (Equipment) is specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 hereto. The Seller shall be liable for the Equipment and related services to be in full compliance with this Contract, its Annexes, the submitted bid and all valid legal regulation, technical and quality standards and that the Buyer will be able to use the Equipment for the defined purpose. In case of any conflict between applicable standards it is understood that the stricter standard or its part shall always apply. The delivered Equipment and all its parts and accessories must be brand new and unused.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject matter of the contract is specified in these Gen- eral Terms and Conditions as well as in the regulations set out in the specifications and price lists, which regulate the provision of TKS easyMobile products in connection with a mobile communication access. The TKS easyMobile contents are intended for private use only and must not be used for any commercial purposes or rebroadcast to the public. (Exception: TKS has concluded a contract with the respective providers that explicitly approve such usage).
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. On the basis of this contract, UPJŠ LF is hereby committed to provide the study to the student at UPJŠ LF in the study programme of General Medicine in the English language after meeting all the conditions of the acceptance procedure at UPJŠ LF and the conditions arising from this contract, and after the recovery of the costs incurred or arising in connection with the provision of study for the student an UPJŠ LF in the English language (hereinafter the "payment").

The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the place of delivery, un-packaging and control thereof; Installation of the Equipment including connection to installation infrastructure at the site; Execution of the acceptance tests of the Equipment in order to verify its functionality - ie. functionality of the whole unit consisting of spectrograph and CCD camera, achieving the lowest temperature with water cooling, acquisition of the spectrum of the calibration lamp in the spectral range 400-900 nm, achieving best resolution with the given grid, using ferrule-terminated slit fiber bunches provided on-site, functionality of single-photon detectors and dark current evaluation; Delivery of detailed instructions and manuals for operation and maintenance, including list of spare parts, vacuum, gas and electrical connection schemes - all in Czech or English language, in electronic or hardcopy (printed) versions; Free-of-charge warranty service including service inspections; Provision of technical support in the form of consultations. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The subject-matter of the Contract is the obligation of the Seller to deliver goods to the Buyer and to transfer the ownership to the goods and the obligation of the Buyer to pay the purchase price to the Seller.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. Market Participant hereby requests HUDEX Ltd. to save and make the reportable data available for the Market Participant set out in Table 1 of the Annex to the REMIT IR that HUDEX Ltd. possesses (or shall be generated by HUDEX Ltd.) in respect of the Market Participant’s trading on HUDEX Market. The Market Participant will maintain and ensure the reporting of such data to ACER without any further contribution of HUDEX Ltd., and therefore the Market Participant expressly declares that HUDEX Ltd.’s only task and obligation based on present Agreement is to provide the Market Participant access to the trading data of the Market Participant on HUDEX Market required for the data reporting based on REMIT, as detailed in Table 1 of the Annex to the REMIT IR.
