Form and procedure for providing Payment Orders. If an Authorised Person places a Payment Order via telephone or via the Online Platform, the placing of the Payment Order will be deemed by us to be your consent to enter into a Payment Contract. If any Authorised Person places a Payment Order to a new Beneficiary Account via email, the sending of the email will not be deemed by us to be your consent to enter into a Payment Contract. Instead, a member of our team will call one of your Authorised Persons so that they can provide this consent verbally.
