Common use of Form of Allocation Clause in Contracts

Form of Allocation. As promptly as practicable after an allocation pursuant to Section 6.01 that a Plan Share Award or a Performance Share Award is to be issued, the Board or the Committee shall notify the Recipient in writing of the grant of the Award, the number of Plan Shares covered by the Award, and the terms upon which the Plan Shares subject to the Award shall be distributed to the Recipient. The Board or the Committee shall maintain records as to all grants of Plan Share Awards or Performance Share Awards under the Plan.

Form of Allocation. As promptly as practicable after an allocation a determination is made pursuant to Section 6.01 6.02 that a Plan Share Award or a Performance Share Award is to be issuedmade, the Board or the Committee shall notify the Recipient in writing of the grant of the Award, the number of Plan Shares covered by the Award, and the terms upon which the Plan Shares subject to the Award may be earned. The stock certificates for Plan Share Awards shall be distributed registered in the name of the Recipient until forfeited or transferred to the RecipientRecipient after such Award has been earned. The Board or the Committee shall maintain records as to all grants of Plan Share Awards or Performance Share Awards under the Plan.
