If PDC refuses or fails to provide a Certificate of Completion in accordance with this section, then PDC, within five (5) Business Days after written request by Developer for such Certificate of Completion, shall provide Developer with a written statement indicating in detail in what respects Developer has failed to complete the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or is otherwise in default and what measures or acts Developer must take or perform to obtain such Certificate of Completion. PDC’s failure to furnish Developer with such detailed written statement within such five (5) day period shall be deemed PDC’s approval of Developer’s request for the Certificate of Completion.

  • Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
