Common use of Form of Change Order Clause in Contracts

Form of Change Order. Each Cost and Schedule Proposal and Request for Change Order shall (i) be prepared in a form acceptable to TxDOT, (ii) meet all applicable requirements of this Section 10; and (iii) be substantially in the form of Exhibit 12.
