Common use of Form of Communication Clause in Contracts

Form of Communication. Central Pacific Bank (“CPB”) may communicate with you and send you information or documents using any method or form of communication, to include but not limited to, paper, voice, telephone, cell/mobile phone, email, text, mail, and fax. CPB shall not be responsible or liable for the security or retention of any such communications, information or documents sent to you via any method or form of communication.
