FORM OF DEED OF EASEMENT. This Deed of Easement is made between: WATER AUTHORITY OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA, a body corporate pursuant to the Water Authority Xxx 0000 of 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx (the “Water Authority”); and XXXXXX SHOPPING CENTRE PTY LTD (A.C.N. 002 154 458) of 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx and THE COLONIAL MUTUAL LIFE ASSURANCE SOCIETY LIMITED (A.C.N. 004 405 556) of 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Melbourne, Victoria (the “Joint Venturers”).

  • Grant of Easement Subject to clauses 2 to 4 inclusive of this Part, the Water Authority will grant to the Joint Venturers an easement over the Water Authority Land in accordance with clause 5 of this Part.

  • Memorandum of Lease Lessor and Lessee shall promptly upon the request of either enter into a short form memorandum of this Lease, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference to this Lease, and all options contained herein, shall be made. Lessee shall pay all costs and expenses of recording such memorandum of this Lease.
