Common use of Form of Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Form of Deliverables. The form and substance of all certificates, instruments, opinions or other documents delivered by or on behalf of the Company to Parent under this Agreement shall be satisfactory in all reasonable respects to Parent and its counsel. Any condition specified in this Section 3.3 may be waived by Parent; provided, however, that no such waiver shall be effective unless it is set forth in a writing executed by Parent.
