Form of Delivery. At the Closing, the Company shall deliver to the Buyer a certificate evidencing the Restricted Shares, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Company’s transfer agent representing that number of Restricted Shares purchased by the Buyer in accordance with Section 1(a) above and including appropriate legends for the Restricted Shares identifying the status thereof.
