Form of Delivery. A Notice to a person must be in writing and may be given or made: (a) by a delivery to the person personally; or (b) by addressing it to the person and leaving it at or posting it by registered post to the address of the Party appearing in this Lease or any other address nominated by a Party by notice to the other.
