Form of Distribution: Death of Employee After Required Beginning Date. If the Employee dies after his required beginning date (see Section 5.2(d)), any form of distribution to the Beneficiary must comply with the following requirements: (i) The required minimum distribution for the distribution calendar year of the Employee’s death will be determined in accordance with the rules of Section 5.3.
