Common use of Form of grant Clause in Contracts

Form of grant. The Option Grant will be granted pursuant to and, to the extent not contrary to the terms of this Letter Agreement, will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed under the Plan and the grant agreement (“Grant Agreement”) to be entered into between you and OptiNose, Inc. which will include, without limitation, provisions relating to limits on transfer, post-termination exercise periods and other provisions as determined by OptiNose, Inc.

Form of grant. The Option Grant will be granted pursuant to and, to the extent not contrary to the terms of this Letter Agreement, will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed under the Plan and the a grant agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.4.3 (the “Grant Agreement”) ), to be entered into between you Manager and OptiNose, Inc. the Parent Company which will include, without limitation, provisions relating to limits on transfer, post-termination exercise periods and other provisions as determined by OptiNose, Inc.the OptiNose Companies.
