Common use of Form of margin Clause in Contracts

Form of margin. Margin must be provided in the form of cash or, only in those instances in which we may agree otherwise, other assets, such as collateral (by which we mean investments, securities, bonds or any other financial instrument, property or asset acceptable to us in lieu of cash) (“Collateral”) (all together “Assets”). The currency of the cash Margin you pay to us shall be the currency of the relevant underlying Transaction (if applicable) or as we may in our discretion reasonably decide from time to time. Xxxx Xxxxxx is paid to us as an outright transfer of title and you will not retain any interest in it. Xxxx Xxxxxx received by us will be recorded by us as a cash repayment obligation owed by us to you.
