Form of Participant Schedule. The Trustee may, from time to time, request the Committee to prepare and deliver to the Trustee in accordance with Subsection 5.2 hereof, a schedule (the "Participant Schedule") that sets forth the name of each Participant or such group of Participants and all such other information that the Trustee may need to know in order to carry out the provisions of this Trust Agreement.
