Common use of Form of Policies Clause in Contracts

Form of Policies. All of Operator’s insurance policies shall be issued by insurance companies qualified to operate in Indiana and otherwise reasonably acceptable to IPS. Such policies shall name IPS, and such other related parties as IPS elects, as additional insured. Evidence of insurance shall be delivered to IPS within thirty (30) days of IPS’ request.
