Form of Registered Debt Securities. (a) General As specified in the applicable Supplemental Agreement, Registered Debt Securities shall be deposited with (i) a custodian for, and registered in the name of a nominee of, DTC, or (ii) a Common Depositary, and registered in the name of such Common Depositary or a nominee of such Common Depositary.
