Global Agent. The entity selected by Xxxxxxx Mac to act as its global, calculating, transfer, authenticating and paying agent for the Original Notes, which as of the Closing Date is

Global Agent. In acting under the Global Agency Agreement, the Global Agent acts solely as a fiscal agent of Xxxxxxx Mac and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a Registered Debt Security, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on a Registered Debt Security shall be held in trust for the Holder as provided in the Global Agency Agreement.

Global Agent. The entity selected by Xxxxxxx Mac to act as its fiscal, transfer and paying agent for Registered Debt Securities.

Global Agent. The Global Agent acts solely as an agent of Xxxxxx Mae and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of a Note, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on a Note shall be held in trust for the Holder.

Global Agent. The Issuer hereby appoints Xxxxx Fargo, acting through its Corporate Trust Office (and, as may be required by applicable law, any other corporate trust office thereof in the relevant jurisdiction), as Global Agent of the Issuer in respect of the Notes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, and Xxxxx Fargo hereby accepts such appointment. The Global Agent shall have the powers and authority granted to and conferred upon it in this Agreement and such further powers and authority to act on behalf of the Issuer as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Issuer and the Global Agent. Subject to the provisions of Section 11(b) hereof, the Issuer may vary or terminate the appointment of any agent appointed by the Global Agent at any time and from time to time upon giving not less than 30 days' written notice to such agent and to the Global Agent. Payments of principal and interest in respect of Notes shall be made by the Issuer through the Global Agent in accordance with the terms set forth in the Debt Agreement. In respect of the Notes, the Issuer shall cause notice of any resignation, termination of the appointment of the Global Agent or any other agent and of any change in the office through which any such agent will act to be given as provided in the terms of such Notes and in accordance with Section 11(b) hereof.

Global Agent. The entity selected by Freddie Mac to act as its global, calculating, transfer, authenticating and paying agent for the Original Notes, which as of the Closing Date is Citibank, and who will act as calculating, authenticating and paying agent with respect to the MAC Notes pursuant to the direction of the Exchange Administrator.

Global Agent. The entity selected by Xxxxxxx Xxx to act as its fiscal, transfer and paying agent for Registered Debt Securities.
