Common use of Form of Submission Clause in Contracts

Form of Submission. Bid Offers shall be made on unaltered Bid Offer Forms furnished by San Xxxx County. Bidders are requested to provide one (1) original Bid. The outside package should identify the project name, bid number, bid opening date and name of bidder. Bidders may submit a Primary Bid and Alternate Bid(s). Each bid must be sealed separately and the outside package should be clearly marked indicating if the Bid is Primary or Alternate.
