Membership Withdrawal. Member may withdraw from membership in DIACC by written notice to DIACC xxxx@xxxxx.xx, which shall have effect on the later of (i) the date of receipt in writing by DIACC of such written notice of withdrawal, or, (ii) the effective date of such written notice of withdrawal as stated therein.
Membership Withdrawal. If Section B becomes unenforceable due to changes in the law or relevant rulings by a court of competent jurisdiction, this following section (Section C) will apply.
1. The District agrees to continue to deduct all Association dues until authorization is withdrawn in writing by the member pursuant to the membership withdrawal procedures established by the Association. Members may withdrawal membership at any time, but unless done by September 15 for the upcoming year, dues deduction shall continue through the July paycheck.
2. This section is not applicable if the member leaves employment with the District during the course of the work year.
Membership Withdrawal. Anytime a bargaining unit member withdraws their Association membership during the school year, dues shall continue to be deducted through the end of the school year for any bargaining unit member who has not withdrawn their Association membership by September 15th of that year. This will not apply to bargaining unit members who resign or have their employment with the District terminated prior to the end of the school year.
Membership Withdrawal. Withdrawal by a Member pursuant to the Bylaws from membership in ColumbiaGrid shall not affect such Member’s obligations as a Funder under this Agreement.
Membership Withdrawal. (a) The initial members of the Council (each, a “Council Member”) shall be the City of Dublin, the City of Marysville, the Marysville-Union County Port Authority, and Union County.
(b) From time to time, additional political subdivisions may become members of the Council upon (i) submission of a written request of the same, including approval by the applicant’s governing body of this Agreement and the By-Laws of the Council, as the same may be amended from time to time; and (ii) approval of the same by resolution of the Council.
(c) Any Council Member may withdraw from the Council upon ninety (90) days’ written notice to each of the other Council Members. No dues or assessments paid by such member shall be refunded, and all obligations to the Council assumed by the Council Member prior to submitting the notice of intent to withdraw shall continue until the end of the Council’s then-current fiscal year.
Membership Withdrawal. In the event a nurse elects to withdraw from membership in the Association, a written notice of withdrawal shall be provided to the Association in accordance with the Association requirements. The Association will be responsible for providing the Hospital with notice of the withdrawal.
Membership Withdrawal. Any person who is performing marine terminal/freight handling services at the Port of Houston Authority's Turning Basin, Xxxxxxxxx, Barbours Cut, or Bayport terminal facilities in connection with ocean common carriers or water carriers as defined in 46 U.S.C. § 40102(6) and (14), may become a Party to this Agreement. Any Party may resign without penalty from this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the Chairman. Amendments to this agreement showing admissions or withdrawals to membership will be filed with the Federal Maritime Commission.
Membership Withdrawal. Any member of the sick bank may resign at any time but is not entitled to any benefits or the return of his/her waived sick days he/she may have contributed to the sick bank. He/she may rejoin during the enrollment period in any year.
Membership Withdrawal. A Member may withdraw from the Pool upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to the Board. After the Member has been in the Pool for three (3) consecutive years (which calculation of time shall include years in which the Member was a Member of the Liability Pool or the Association prior to their merger into the Pool), the Member may withdraw upon thirty (30) days written notice and shall be entitled to share in any surplus assets of the fund; upon such termination however, the Member will not receive any refunds of paid contributions or assessments.
Membership Withdrawal. Any AEe may terminate her/his membership in the AHE between August 1 26 and August 31 of each year by notifying CCS and the AHE in writing of this decision. 27
