Membership Withdrawal. Member may withdraw from membership in DIACC by written notice to DIACC which shall have effect on the later of (i) the date of receipt in writing by DIACC of such written notice of withdrawal, or, (ii) the effective date of such written notice of withdrawal as stated therein.
Membership Withdrawal. If Section B becomes unenforceable due to changes in the law or relevant rulings by a court of competent jurisdiction, this following section (Section C) will apply.
Membership Withdrawal. Anytime a bargaining unit member withdraws their Association membership during the school year, dues shall continue to be deducted through the end of the school year for any bargaining unit member who has not withdrawn their Association membership by September 15th of that year. This will not apply to bargaining unit members who resign or have their employment with the District terminated prior to the end of the school year.
Membership Withdrawal. In order to ensure stability of the fiber ring, members will be required to agree to an initial 3 year commitment. After the initial 3 year commitment, any member may withdraw from this agreement by giving 180 days’ notice prior. A member wishing to withdraw from this agreement shall give written notice to the chairperson by certified mail or personal service, by enclosing a certified copy of a resolution of its governing body stating its decision to withdraw. The withdrawal notice shall be effective upon formal acceptance of same by the Consortium board. Upon receipt of such notice and resolution, the chairperson shall forward a copy of the notice and resolution to each member. There shall be no reimbursement for any contribution made by the withdrawing member. Upon withdrawal, that member shall no longer receive any service or benefit provided by the system. In the event the consortium dissolves by unanimous agreement of all the members, all assets and funds shall be divided and prorated among the then current members based on the length of their membership.
Membership Withdrawal. Any AEe may terminate her/his membership in the AHE between August 1 26 and August 31 of each year by notifying CCS and the AHE in writing of this decision. 27
Membership Withdrawal. Unit members may withdraw membership in the Association at any time by notifying the human resources office in writing of their request to withdraw membership. Dues deduction will cease with the payroll cycle immediately following written notification. Upon notification, the District will then notify the Association President that the member has withdrawn their membership.
Membership Withdrawal. A Member may withdraw from the Pool upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to the Board. After the Member has been in the Pool for three (3) consecutive years (which calculation of time shall include years in which the Member was a Member of the Liability Pool or the Association prior to their merger into the Pool), the Member may withdraw upon thirty (30) days written notice and shall be entitled to share in any surplus assets of the fund; upon such termination however, the Member will not receive any refunds of paid contributions or assessments.
Membership Withdrawal. Any person who is performing marine terminal/freight handling services at the Port of Houston Authority's Turning Basin, Xxxxxxxxx, Barbours Cut, or Bayport terminal facilities in connection with ocean common carriers or water carriers as defined in 46 U.S.C. § 40102(6) and (14), may become a Party to this Agreement. Any Party may resign without penalty from this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the Chairman. Amendments to this agreement showing admissions or withdrawals to membership will be filed with the Federal Maritime Commission.
Membership Withdrawal. (a) The initial members of the Council (each, a “Council Member”) shall be the City of Dublin, the City of Marysville, the Marysville-Union County Port Authority, and Union County.
Membership Withdrawal. Withdrawal by a Member pursuant to the Bylaws from membership in ColumbiaGrid shall not affect such Member’s obligations as a Funder under this Agreement.
