Form of Tender and Price Schedules. 14.1 The Tenderer shall complete the Form of Tender, including the appropriate Price Schedules, using the relevant forms furnished in Section IV, Tendering Forms. The forms must be completed without any alterations to the text, and no substitutes shall be accepted except as provided under ITT 21.3. All blank spaces shall be filled in with the information requested. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
