FORM OF TENDER. 15.1 The Tenderer shall fill the Form of Tender furnished in the Tendering Documents. The Form of Tender must be completed without any alterations to its format and no substitute shall be accepted.
FORM OF TENDER. 16.1 The essence of competitive tendering is that the Institution should receive bona fide competitive Bids from all firms bidding.
16.3 In recognition of this principle, Bidders must sign the Form of Tender – Appendix A to confirm that their Mini Competition Response is a complete, true and accurate submission. Failure to submit a signed copy will result in elimination from the procurement exercise.
