Common use of FORM WAIVER AND RELEASE Clause in Contracts

FORM WAIVER AND RELEASE. Pursuant to the terms of the Employment Agreement made as of _________, ____, between Parking Drilling (the “Company”) and me, and in consideration of the payments made to me and other benefits to be received by me pursuant thereto, I, ___________________, do freely and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE (the “Release”), which shall become effective and binding on the eighth day following my signing the Release as provided herein (the “Effective Date”). It is my intent to be legally bound, according to the terms set forth below.
