Formal Notice. At any time following the forty-five (45) day negotiation period described in Section 18.4.3 above (or following such longer period as the Parties may agree), the Claimant may provide written formal notice to each Respondent stating (i) the nature of the Claim, including if applicable a list of any alleged construction defects and a description, in reasonable detail, of the type and location of such defects, the damages claimed to have been caused thereby, and Respondent’s role in the Claim, (ii) the legal or contractual basis of the Claim (i.e., the specificauthority out of which the Claim arises), (iii) the date on which the Claim first arose, and
