Former Employment. 6.1 You represent and warrant that your employment by the Company and performance of your obligations hereunder will not conflict with any agreement to which you are a party. 6.2 You agree that you will not wrongfully use any confidential information obtained from any prior employment or service relationship in connection with your employment by the Company.
