FORMER MEMBERS. 19.1 A former member of the Service who has been dismissed from the Service for reasons other than ill health or retirement, prior to the execution of this Agreement, shall not be entitled to any increase or other benefits as herein provided.
FORMER MEMBERS. Notwithstanding any provision of the Act, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Person that ceases to be a Member of the Company shall be entitled to receive the fair value of such Person’s interest in the Company prior to the dissolution and winding up of the Company.

FORMER MEMBERS. Cadets are deemed to be Civilian Members of the Service, by virtue of the Police Services Act. A Letter of Intent re Cadets is included in this Agreement, Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service with the Service and for the purpose of this Article shall be applied in determining the order of lay-off or recall of members. Seniority shall be effective from the date employment commences with the Service. The Board shall maintain an up-to-date list, showing the date upon which each member's service A copy of the seniority list shall he posted in each DIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, BRANCH and DEPARTMENT, and sent to the Association prior to July in each year. Seniority rights shall cease in the following circumstances:
FORMER MEMBERS. Members whose Accounts have been terminated by Software Techniques Inc. may not access the Service in any manner or for any reason, including through any other Account, without the express written permission of Software Techniques Inc. Accounts accessed by Former Members are subject to immediate termination. Software Techniques Inc. reserves the right to use any means necessary, including those in section 4(g), to identify and remove Former Members.
FORMER MEMBERS. Members whose accounts have been terminated by Mpath may not access ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in any manner or for any reason without the express written permission of Mpath. Active Members may not knowingly allow former Members who have been terminated to use the active Members' accounts.
FORMER MEMBERS. The Trustee shall vote shares of the Sponsor Stock not credited to Members' or former Members' Accounts in the same proportion on each issue as it votes those shares credited to Members' and former Members' Accounts for which it received voting directions from Members and former Members.
