During my employment with the Company, I will not disclose to the Company, or use, or induce the Company to use, any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information of others. I represent and warrant that I have returned all property and confidential, proprietary and trade secret information belonging to all prior employers, if any. I further represent and warrant that my performance of the terms of this Agreement will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence confidential proprietary and trade secret information acquired by me in confidence or in trust prior to my employment by the Company.
