Former Xxxxxx Care Children covers individuals age eighteen (18) through twenty-six (26) who were receiving Medicaid benefits and in xxxxxx care at the time that they attained age eighteen (18);
Former Xxxxxx Care Children. Individuals under age twenty-six (26) determined eligible in accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 435.150 who were in Xxxxxx Care under the responsibility of the State and enrolled in the Medicaid Program on the date of attaining age eighteen (18) or aging out of Xxxxxx Care.
